EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE
According to the Russian and International laws, this License Agreement (the LICENSE) is the contract between you (the END USER) and "Links' System Software" in persons of Pavel Menshchikov and Kirill Bannov (the DEVELOPER of the software product) about the usage and redistribution of the "Architect and Contractor 2.0" program (the software product, the PROGRAM) that is installed, or is going to be installed.

1. The License Subject
1.1. The DEVELOPER exclusively owns all copyrights for the PROGRAM. Copyrights for used components belong to the owners of the components.
1.2. The END USER is granted a non-exclusive license to use the PROGRAM on a single computer (the COMPUTER) for any legal purposes.
1.3. If the END USER installs this PROGRAM on the COMPUTER, the END USER accepts all terms and conditions of this LICENSE.
1.4. The DEVELOPER reserves all rights not expressly granted here.

2. The PROGRAM usage and redistribution
2.1. If the END USER installs the PROGRAM on the COMPUTER, the END USER can use it as shareware ("try-and-buy") with full functionality as long as the END USER wants. But in 30 (thirty) days since the first program launch the program functionality will be reduced. If the END USER wants the full functionality, the END USER should register the PROGRAM (the registration conditions can be found at http://www.ls-software.com/). The program registration allows the END USER to get and use the program upgrades freely during one year since the PROGRAM registration date, and to get technical support via e-mails (for example, to ask about the program configuration and behavior) all the time while using the PROGRAM.
2.2. The END USER can redistribute the PROGRAM distributive freely. The PROGRAM distributive can not be changed by the END USER, it must be identical to one of the distributive, which is/was officially published at http://www.ls-software.com or at http://www.ls-software.ru.
2.3. The DEVELOPER is grateful for all suggestions, remarks and reported bugs that users send to the DEVELOPER, but the DEVELOPER can not guarantee that the next program version will realize or fix all of them.

3. Responsibility limits
3.1. The PROGRAM is distributed "AS IS". NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The END USER uses the PROGRAM at his/her own risk. The DEVELOPER will not be responsible for data loss, any damages or any other kind of loss while using or misusing the PROGRAM.
3.2. The DEVELOPER may not consult the END USER about any questions that are not related to the PROGRAM usage.
3.3. A newly installed version of the PROGRAM avoids the technical support for all previously installed versions of the PROGRAM for the particular registered END USER.

4. The License validity period
4.1. This LICENSE becomes valid when the END USER installs the PROGRAM. The LICENSE is valid while the END USER uses the PROGRAM. The LICENSE is avoided when the END USER removes all installed PROGRAM copies from the COMPUTER.
4.2. The LICENSE is avoided immediately if the END USER uses or copies the PROGRAM except as provided in the LICENSE. The END USER must not rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble the PROGRAM. Any such unauthorized usage of the PROGRAM may result in a criminal and/or civil prosecution.
